By accessing or using TeslaInvest, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to invest in your jurisdiction to use TeslaInvest. By registering, you confirm you meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Investment Risk
Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. TeslaInvest does not guarantee any returns. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
5. Deposits & Withdrawals
All deposits are subject to a minimum of $100. Withdrawals are subject to compliance review and may take 2–10 business days. TeslaInvest reserves the right to hold funds pending review.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not use TeslaInvest for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity. Violations will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
7. Platform Availability
TeslaInvest strives for 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime or technical issues.
8. Termination
TeslaInvest reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for violation of these terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeslaInvest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Austin, Texas.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
